My name is Janet Seredejko. I am the new director of the Out of School Time Programs for the Union #38 School District. I have been working with young children for the past 35 years. I have worked in several preschools and day cares throughout Western Massachusetts, including owning my own family child care center for 10 years. Prior to joining Union #38, I worked as the director of the YMCA preschool in Greenfield for 15 years. I feel passionate about providing safe and quality programs for children so that they can thrive and reach their full potential. I am excited and honored to continue to run the excellent OSTP program that has been developed in this district. I am a Greenfield native and live there with my husband of 31 years. We have two grown children. I enjoy volunteering for several non-profit organizations and believe that by giving back, it makes a positive impact and strengthens the community that we live in. When I am not working or volunteering, I love spending time with my family and traveling.
